Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer cubes - 1 cup diced in square shape
  2. Onion chopped in pieces - 1
  3. Cashew 5 - 10
  4. Dessicated coconut - 1 tbsp
  5. Green chillies 3- 4
  6. Green Elaichi - 2
  7. Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  8. Whisked yoghurt 2- 3 tbsp
  9. White pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Saffron strands few
  11. Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil / butter 2 - 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add a little water, put onion, cashew, green chillies, cardamom seeds, dessicated coconut and let it come to a boil and then cool it. Make a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil, add saffron strands, add the paste with a little water. Cook for a minute or two, add white pepper powder.
  3. Add yoghurt and on a simmering flame, add fresh cream, sugar. The gravy is made.
  4. Add garam masala, paneer cubes and cook for 2 - 3 minutes or till the gravy thickens.
  5. Garnish with silver varak and chopped coriander leaves.
