Baati is a famouse dish if rajsthan.. These baked Dumplings of dough are served with chatni and panchmel dal.. In rajsthan.. With lots of ghee..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Two bowl normal atta
  2. Half bowl samolina suji
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Ajwain half tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2tsp
  6. Desi ghee half bowl.. 8-9 tsp
  7. Water ofr making dough
  8. For stuffing.. Two potato boil
  9. Green Peas boiled 1/2 bowl
  10. Salt half tsp
  11. Desi ghee for temring 1tsp
  12. Jeera 1tsp
  13. Haldi 1/2tsp
  14. Asefetida (Heeng ) 1/4tsp
  15. Green chilly 2
  16. Red chiily powder 1/2tsp
  17. Salt 1/2tsp
  18. Coriender as per desire
  19. Amchoor 1/2tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add atta ajwain desi ghee and salt and mix with ur hand for few min now add little water and make tight dough and set aside for rest half hour
  2. Get all ingridents for masala ready
  3. Now make tempring for masala in a pan add one spoon desi ghee add jeera hing red chilly salt turmeric ginger green chilly and boild potato and boiled peas in it and saute fir few min anf mashed it for filling in bati off the flame abd let it cool
  4. Now make small puri and put some masala in it and make a boll of it
  5. Now pree heat micro on oven mode at 250 degree after preaheat baje batti on 200 degree for 10min after ten min flip other side of bati and bake for 8-10min on ither side
  6. Serve bati with panchmel dal and chatni of ur choice
