Wheat Daliya

Ingredients to make Wheat Daliya

  • 1 bowl Daliya (roasted)
  • 5 bowls water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp ghee

How to make Wheat Daliya

  1. Add ghee in cooker
  2. Add chopped onions when ghee is heated
  3. Once onions turn golden brown add salt
  4. Add black pepper
  5. Add roasted daliya
  6. Add water (5 times the quantity of daliya)
  7. Close the lid and cook in on high flame until 1 whistle, then on medium flame for 5 min
  8. Daliya is ready
