Ingredients to make Aloo parantha

  • 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Green chilli
  • coriander
  • 1 tsp Amchoor powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • wheat dough

How to make Aloo parantha

  1. In boiled mashed potatoes add salt, green chilli, coriander, amchoor powder
  2. Add red chilli powder and mix well
  3. Start making roti
  4. Spread the mixture on the roti
  5. Place another roti on top
  6. Make it flat with rolling pin
  7. Place it on pan
  8. Apply ghee and Let one side cook
  9. Apply ghee on another side and flip it
  10. Flip it again
