How to make White nonbu kanji

  1. TAKE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A VESSEL ADD RICE AND MOONG DAL AND SOAK IT IN WATER FOR 20 MINS
  3. IN A COOKER ADD SOAKED RICE, FENUGREEK
  4. AND ADD GARLIC CLOVES AND CUMIN AND ADD 4CUPS OF WATER
  5. CLOSE THE LID AND COOK IT FOR 5-6 WHISTLES
  6. AFTER COOKED MASH IT WELL
  7. ADD 2CUPS OF COCONUT MILK AND SALT AND MIX WELL
  8. HEAT ANOTHER PAN AND ADD GHEE, HEAT IT
  9. NEXT ADD SOME CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE IT WELL
  10. WHEN ONION TURNS GOLDEN BROWN ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND MIX WELL
  11. NEXT ADD DRUMSTICK LEAVES AND SAUTE ITFOR 5MINS
  12. NEXT ADD THE TEMPERING THINGS TO PORRIDGE AND MIX AND HEAT IT FOR 10 MINS IN MEDIUM FLAME
  13. SERVE IT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY
