Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For canape:
  2. Samak flour 1/2 cup
  3. Rajgira flour 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped green chilli 1
  5. Rock salt to taste
  6. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  7. Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil 2 tsp
  9. For topping:
  10. Boiled and coarsely mashed potatoes 3-4
  11. Oil 2 tsp
  12. Rock salt to taste
  13. Chopped green chilli 1
  14. Fresh tomato puree 1/2 cup
  15. Ginger chilli paste 1/2 tsp
  16. Lime juice 1/2 tsp
  17. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  18. Curd 1/2 cup
  19. Mint chutney 2-3 tbsp
  20. Few mint leaves


  1. For canape: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a dough by adding water little at a time.
  2. Take a lump from the dough, make a ball and roll it like chapati, cut into small canape and cook on hot tawa by applying some ghee.
  3. For topping: Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, ginger, chilli, tomato, salt, chilli powder, amchoor powder, cook till oil separates. Add potatoes and mix well with masala. Add coriander and turn off the flame.
  4. Take a canape, apply some mint chutney, put some potato topping, 1/2 tsp curd on top of it and garnish with mint leaves.
