Soak the Moong for at least 7 hours.
Keep it for sprouting over night.
Heat the oil in a pan...add rai n jira.
When it splutters add haladi powder chopped green chillies.
Add chopped onions.
Saute for 2 minutes.
Add lal mirch powder n coriander.
Add Ginger Garlic paste.
Saute on low flame till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Add sprouted moong n saute for 7..8 mts stirring occasionally.
Add hot water 4 cups and dhana jira powder.
Cover half n cook till moong are tender but nit mushy.
When soft add coconut. .kokam. .jaggery n salt.
Mix n cook for 2..3 mts.
Done.
Serve with hot Rice n Green salad.
