Ingredients to make Cheesy tandoori sheekh kebab fry

  • chicken boneless 300gm
  • ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • salt as taste
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • garam masala powder 1tsp
  • tandoori masala 1tsp
  • Slice onion 1
  • Green chilli 2
  • ghee 5tbsp
  • Skewer 10-12
  • Black pepper 1/2tsp
  • coriander leaf 1bunch

How to make Cheesy tandoori sheekh kebab fry

  1. First take boneless chicken pieces and churn into mixer
  2. Paste coriander ginger garlic paste green chili
  3. Mix all the ingredients salt black pepper coriander paste
  4. Add garam masala tandoori masala cheese
  5. Then mix all the ingredients very well
  6. After that give them shape with skewer
  7. Next fry in slow flame one by one
  8. fry all the kebab.
  9. Then add onion slice green chilli and ghee.
  10. Then staute all the ingredients in slow flame till the onion transparent.
  11. Then serve it. With lemon slice and mint leaf and green chilli .

My Tip:

Take fresh chicken.
