Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boiled potatoes - 2 cups (mashed)
  2. Jeera - 1 tsp
  3. Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
  8. Green chilli chopped - 2 tsp
  9. Ghee - 4 tsp
  10. Coriander chopped - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and form tikki's of desired size.
  2. Add water only if required.
  3. Heat a skillet, add some oil and saute the tikki's till they are browned from both the sides.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
