This is a totally vegetarian recipe, which is a famous dish from Hyderabad

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Basmati rice 2 cup
  2. Cardamoms 2
  3. Black cardamom 1
  4. Cloves 2
  5. Cinnamon 1 small piece
  6. Bay leaf 1
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Potato chopped 1
  9. Carrot chopped 2
  10. French beans 6
  11. Peas 1/2 cup
  12. Paneer 100 gms
  13. Cabbage 1 cup
  14. Green chillies 2
  15. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  16. Peppercorns 4-5
  17. Green Cardamoms 2
  18. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  20. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  21. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  22. Curd 1 cup beaten
  23. Oil 3 tablespoon
  24. Salt as per taste
  25. Kaju 10
  26. Badam 10
  27. Kishmish 1 tablespoon
  28. Ghee 4 tablespoons
  29. Coriander leaves 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice in water.
  2. Take double water from rice and add green cardamom, bayleaf, black pepper, cloves, black cardamom and boil it
  3. Boil rice 80% of rice And strain it.
  4. Now take all the veggies .
  5. Now take a wok put oil and fry all The veggies one by one Potatoes, carrots, cabbage, Peas, beans, paneer
  6. Now fry kaju and badam
  7. Now take ghee in a wok add 1 teaspoon of ghee add cumin, turmeric powder, and tomatoes
  8. Then add all the chopped fried veggies
  9. Then add Red chilli powder and salt
  10. Then add beaten curd and stir it continuously and garam masala
  11. Then take a steel pan add 1 teaspoon ghee
  12. Then put 1 layer of rice
  13. Then one layer of gravy
  14. Then add one layer of rice then gravy then rice
  15. Then add dry fruits and green coriander and ghee
  16. Then cover with kitchen towel tightly for 10 minutes
  17. Serve it hot
