  1. शिजवलेल भात
  2. 3 4 शिमला मिर्च्या
  3. 2 टोमेटो
  4. राई, जीर, हळद, हिंग, मीठ न गुड़
  5. 2 tbsp साम्बार मसाला

Instructions

  1. शिमला मिर्ची कापून घ्या
  2. एक कढैत तेल घ्या त्यात राई, जीरा, हिंग टाका
  3. कापलेले शिमला मिर्ची टाका
  4. टोमेटो कापून टाका
  5. मग त्यात हळद, मीठ, साम्बार मसाला, चवी साथी गुड़, थोड़ पानी टाकून शिजवून घ्या
  6. नंतर त्यात शिजवलेल भात मिक्स करा थोड़ मीठ ताका 2 min गरम करा n सर्वे करा
