  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp daniya powder
  • 1 and half tsp salt
  • oil as need
  • Fried cashew for garnish

  1. Heat in a pan pour oil for shall fri
  2. Mean while take a cup put amchur ,cumin,chili,daniya powder,salt,haldi mix up all those
  3. Take a baingan stuff the above spice's powder
  4. Keep in a pan Fri gently until it should be soft
  5. Take a plate serve as stuffed baingans garnish with cashew and coriander leaves
  6. Ready to serve

My Tip:

Amchur powder gives good flavour..i learn from my mom this recipe
