  5. துருவிய கேரட் - 1கப்

  7. கொத்தமல்லி இலை

Instructions

  1. ரவை தயிர் உப்பு, மிளகாய் சேர்த்து கலந்து கொள்ளவும்
  2. பிறகு அதை சிறு சிறு தோசைகளாக தோசை கல்லில் ஊற்றி
  3. அதன் மேல் கேரட், பீட்ரூட், கொத்தமல்லி இலை வைக்கவும்
  4. பிறகு மாற்றி போடவும்
  5. இருபுறமும் வெந்ததும் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளவும்
