Ingredients to make Malai kofta
- For kofta -
- 1 cup paneer crumbled
- 2 cup crumbled boiled potatoes
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp raisins ( optional)
- 1 tbsp cashews ( optional)
- 1 tsp garam masala
- salt as per taste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- oil for deep fring
- For gravy base -
- 1 cup onion
- 2 cup tomatoes
- 8 cashew nuts
- 1 inch cinnamon sticks
- 1 clove
- 1 big cardamom
- Other ingredients -
- red chilli powder as per taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup water or used more
- 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp cream
