Ingredients to make BONELESS FRY FISH

  • Boneless Fish - 4oo gms
  • ginger garlic paste - 4 tbsp
  • chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • coriander powder - 4 tbsp
  • salt - according to taste
  • turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • mustard oil - 3 tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • garam masala - 1 tbsp
  • cola vita wine - vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • mustard sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Fish oil - 2 tbsp

How to make BONELESS FRY FISH

  1. Clean the pieces of fish properly with water.
  2. In a bowl pour some mustard sauce, fish oil, mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, garam masala, cola vita wine and mix it.
  3. marinate all the pieces of fish with the above made paste.
  4. keep it aside for 30 mins.
  5. After 3o mins cover it with a layer of bread crumbs.
  6. In a pan pour some mustard oil.
  7. deep fry these pieces a golden brown color is obtained.
  8. serve these pieces hot with green chutney.
