Ingredients to make Moong daal coconut paniyaram

  • 1 cup soak moong daal (chilka)
  • 1 chop pyaaz
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Pinch of kallimirch
  • pinch of baking soda
  • oil for cooking of paniyiram

How to make Moong daal coconut paniyaram

  1. MAKE PASTE OF MOONG DAAL
  2. ADD GINGER PASTE
  3. ADD ONION,HALDI,RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD GRATED COCONUT
  5. AND GARAM MASALA
  6. ADD BAKING SODA
  7. MIX ALL OF THEM
  8. AND CHAAT MASALA AND MIX
  9. HEAT APPAM MOULD AND GREASE FILL 1 TSP BATTER IN ITS EACH MOULD AND ADD OIL COOK FROM BOTH SIDES
  10. OUR PANIYARAM ARE READY
  11. SERVE WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR TOMATO KURMA AND SAUCE
