Chicken malai tikka

Ingredients to make Chicken malai tikka

  • 500 gm.boneless chicken
  • 1 bowl cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 bowl hung curd
  • salt to taste
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp black pepper

How to make Chicken malai tikka

  1. Take a bowl add curd.salt black pepper Ginger garlic paste add washed chicken and mix well marinate for 1 hr .
  2. Now pre heat your oven for 10 mn adjust pieces and roast for 20 mn .brush all pieces with butter.
  3. When it's ready add cream .
  4. Ready to eat malai chicken tikka.

My Tip:

Soya chaap and chicken both can be make.
