- chana dal 1/2 cup
- ginger 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- salt 1 tesp
- asafoetida a pinch
- Green coriander leaves 1 tbsp
- Chopped carrots 2 tbsp
- Green peas 2 tbsp
- oil for deep frying
