Protein rich Cheela

Ingredients to make Protein rich Cheela

  • 1 bowl yellow moong dal
  • Grated paneer 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onions 1
  • coriander 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

How to make Protein rich Cheela

  1. Soak the dal in water for 2 hrs
  2. Put the soaked dal in mixer grinder
  3. Make a smooth paste
  4. Add salt and black pepper in the batter
  5. For the filling, add grated paneer, chopped onions, coriander, salt and pepper
  6. In the pre heated pan, spread the mixture
  7. Once 1 side is cooked, spread the filling in it
  8. Close it
