About Cheese Malai Tikkas Recipe

Cheese Malai Tikkas

Ingredients to make Cheese Malai Tikkas

  • chicken boneless 500 grms
  • MARINATION
  • Gingergarlic paste 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste(use less )
  • White pepper pwdr to taste
  • Thick curd 3 tbsp (use hung curd for best results)
  • Thick cream 2 tbsp( I have used Amul)
  • kaju pwdr 1 tbsp
  • Cheese cubes 2 grated (use Amul not mozzarella)
  • green chillies 2 slit

How to make Cheese Malai Tikkas

  1. 1ST MARINATION
  2. Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste ,salt, pepper,green chillies and yogurt
  3. 2ND MARINADE
  4. After 1 HR Add cream, grated cheese and Kaju pwdr
  5. Marinate for 1 to 2 hrs
  6. Inseart the chicken pcs on a skewker
  7. I have directly grilled each skewer on stove top
  8. You can use a grill if you like
  9. Serve hot garnish with mint chutney onion rings and some chillie flakes

My Tip:

Kaju pwdr is used to bind the gravy.If you are using regular curd use thick curd and increase the kaju pwdr by 1tbsp
