First soak the rice in water for 20 mins.then pressure cook the rice by adding water, salt, and oil for 2 whistles.when the steam cools down let the rice also cools at room temp.
In the mean while when the rice is cooking lets make the paste .peel the raw mango and chopp it.put it in the mixer jar by adding red chillies deseeded, 1tspn sesame seeds, 2tspn peanuts, 1/2cup grated coconut and 1 tspn grated jaggery.
Now grind it and make semi fine paste.
Now take a pan , heat 3 tblspn oil and add 3 to 4 tblsp peanuts.
Saute thepeanuts on low flame.
Now add 1 tblsp mustard seeds , when it starts spluttering add chana dal and urad dal..
Saute them till it gets brown in color.
Now add curry leaves, red chilli dry, hing and haldi powder.
Saute it and stirr it continously.
Now add the Mango coconut paste.
Stirr it and saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
Then season with salt.
Mix it very well so that they are combined to each other.
Now off the flame.
Then mix the cooked rice to it very well so that paste is combined to the rice perfectly.
Now the Mango Rice are ready to eat..
You can serve it withfried papads, chips or yoghurt.
