About Rasogulla Recipe

A Bengali sweet dish that is loved all over India

Rasogulla

Ingredients to make Rasogulla

  • Full cream Milk 1 kg
  • lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  • Rosewater 1 teaspoon
  • sugar 2 cup
  • all purpose flour 1 tbsp

How to make Rasogulla

  1. Boil milk, and then put lemon juice and make paneer of it.
  2. Strain it and wash it in running water
  3. Now mix all purpose flour and paneer and mash it properly. Till it Becomes soft and fluffy
  4. Now make small balls of it
  5. Now make sugar water by boiling two glass of water and add rose water
  6. Now put sugar water and balls in pressure cooker.
  7. Let 2 whistle blow
  8. Chill it and serve it

My Tip:

Always refrigerate Bengali sweets
