About Rasogolla.. Recipe

Among all the Bengali sweets, rasogolla takes first position because of its delicious taste.Very easy to make but very easy to finish even.


Ingredients to make Rasogolla..

  • Full fat milk...1ltr
  • vinegar...2tspn
  • semolina...1tspn
  • cardamom...2
  • sugar...1cup
  • water....5cup
  • Rose water...2drop

How to make Rasogolla..

  1. Boil milk properly.When it will start to leave bubble, switch off the flame.
  2. Make it cool in room temperature for 5 minutes & then add vinegar to make paneer.
  3. Drain out the excess water from paneer.Take a muslin cloth, tie up the paneer in it & leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. After that mix semolina in paneer & mash it well.
  5. Make small balls from paneer dough without any crack..Don't make big size because after boil it will double in size.
  6. Make sugar syrup of 1 cup sugar & 5 cup water.Add green cardamom in syrup.When the syrup will start to leave bubble, add paneer balls in it & boil it in high for 10 minutes with lid.After that open the lid & boil it for another 12 minutes in medium flame.
  7. Its ready now.Transfer it in another bowl & serve it hot ya cool as per your choice.
