Ingredients to make Fish fingers

  • Boneless fish 1/2 kg
  • oil 200 g
  • ginger garlic paste 2tbs
  • sooji 1 tbs
  • turmeric powder half tsp
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • pepper half tsp
  • Corn flour 2tbs
  • egg 1
  • lemon juice-half tbs
  • maida 1 tbs
  • salt
  • onion 50 g
  • coriander leaves small amount
  • chilli 2 no
  • Red chilli powder required amount

How to make Fish fingers

  1. Onion chilli coriander leaves paste all
  2. Except fish and oil,mix all the ingredients
  3. In the consistency of batter,if required add water
  4. In that batter dip fish and kept in freeze for half an hour.
  5. In a shallow fry pan , fry the fish.
  6. Serve with lettuce ,cucumber,lemon juice and mayonnaise

My Tip:

Instead of sooji you can add bread crumbs
