Ingredients to make Aloo paratha

  • potatoes 4 numbers
  • green chilly 3 numbers
  • onion 2 numbers
  • ginger"1/2 inch
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • wheat flour 2 cups
  • oil 2 tablespoon
  • ghee 2 tablespoon

How to make Aloo paratha

  1. MASH WELL COOKED POTATOES IN TO A SMOOTH PASTE
  2. POTATO,VERY FINELY CHOPPED ONION GREEN CHILLY,GINGER,CHILLY,CUMIN, TURMERIC,GRM MSL PWDR
  3. IN A PAN HEAT OIL AND ADD ONION
  4. ADD GINGER AND GREEN CHILLY
  5. ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  6. ADD ALL POWDERS AND SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD MASHED POTATOES AND MIX WELL
  8. ADD SALT
  9. ADD 1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
  10. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. TAKE A BIG SIZE BALL OF DOUGH ROLL TO SMALL PURI
  12. PLACE IN CENTER 1 TABLESPOON POTATO FILLING AND CLOSE IT TO A BALL
  13. REMOVE THE EXCESS DOUGH AND MAKE IT TO A SMOOTH BALL
  14. ROLL IT TO A THIN ROTI
  15. IT SHOULD NOT BE TOO THICK
  16. IN A HOT TAVA COOK ROTI
  17. SPREAD GHEE ON BOTH SIDES AND COOK WELL
  18. COOK WELL
  19. BUBBLES ARE PROOF OF SOFTNESS
