Mutton seekh kabab

Ingredients to make Mutton seekh kabab

  • Mutton half kg
  • ginger garlic paste 1tbs
  • Shahi jeera half tsp
  • coriander powder 1tps
  • red chilli powder 1 tps
  • Green chilli 1
  • pepper half tsp
  • salt
  • cardamom 2
  • onion 50 g
  • curd 2 tsp
  • gram flour 2 tsp
  • oil
  • Mustard oil 1 tsp
  • Papaya paste or vinegar 1 tsp

How to make Mutton seekh kabab

  1. In mutton,add papaya paste or vinegar for half an hour
  2. Except oil mix all the ingredients with soaked mutton.
  3. Blend all.pour some oil in hand,in a kebab stick in cylinder shape attach the mixture as shown in the pic.
  4. In electric griller or in shallow fry pan cook until all the side change into brown colour.
  5. Mutton seekh kebab is ready.serve with onion rings or mayonnaise

My Tip:

Instead of mustard oil add butter
