It is a tasty and easy breakfast receipe that contains green leafy vegetable.

Ingredients to make Hara bara kabab

  • 3-4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1/2 bowl blended spinach paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • salt to taste

How to make Hara bara kabab

  1. Take 3-4 mashed boiled potatoes
  2. Boil and blend the spinach to make spinach paste , add it in the bowl
  3. Add finely chopped onions
  4. Add grated ginger
  5. Add chopped green chillies
  6. Add salt to taste
  7. Add 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  8. Add1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Add 1/2 tsp mango powder
  10. Mix it together
  11. Add bread crumbs
  12. Start making kababs like this
  13. Cover the kabab with sooji
  14. Fry kababs until it becomes crispy
  15. Remove excess oil and serve hot with chutney .
