Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 500 gm mutton
  2. 500 gm Tomatoes
  3. 4 onion sliced
  4. 2 potatoes cut in cubes and fry
  5. 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste -
  6. 7 cups Rice
  7. 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  8. Bay leaf 5
  9. 7 laung
  10. 10 kali mirch
  11. 10 Safed ilaichi
  12. 4 sticks Cinnamon
  13. Garam masala powder 2 tablespoon
  14. Salt according to your taste
  15. 5 tablespoon Oil-
  16. 2 tablespoon grated Coconut
  17. 1 juice of lemon
  18. For rice
  19. Half lemon juice
  20. 5 Green chillies
  21. Bay leaf 4
  22. Cinnamon stick 4
  23. Mint leaves few

Instructions

  1. Wash and soaked rice
  2. In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry tomatoes.. when its little cracked remove from oil and make a paste
  3. Another pan saute coconut till golden brown color now make a paste.
  4. In remain oil add onion saute till brown color now add whole dry spices.. along with red chili salt
  5. Sauted for a while stir continuously.. now add tomato paIn remain oil add onion saute till brown color now add whole dry spices.. along with red chili saltste ginger garlic paste coconut paste and curd mix all well and cover the lid
  6. Now pressure cooked masala till mutton become soft and tender
  7. Now in another pot add water mint leaves green chilli bay leaf cinnamon sticks when its come to boil add rice in it
  8. When its half cooked drain water from the rice and make them steamed.
  9. When its cooked off the flame and keep a side
  10. Now open a pressure cooker saute masala till oil comes from sides
  11. Now in rice pot make a well like spred rice in a circle and make a space Now open a pressure cooker saute masala till oil comes from sidesin center now pout the masala in the center and mix wel now put fry potatoes and cover the lid keep it on low flame for 10 minutes.
  12. Check the rice if its well cooked off the flame and serve hot.
