About Fish (masala) fry Recipe

A tempting starter which can also be served in main course with rice.

Fish (masala) fry

Ingredients to make Fish (masala) fry

  • Salmon steak 3
  • onion 1
  • ginger 2" piece
  • garlic 6-8 flakes
  • coriander leaves
  • Green chilli 2
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • dhania powder 1tsp
  • amchur powder 2 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder pinch
  • chilli powder 1tsp
  • Slat to taste
  • Rice flour 3 - 4 tsp
  • oil 2 tsp

How to make Fish (masala) fry

  1. First apply salt on the fish and keep aside.
  2. Make a fine paste of onion, ginger garlic green chilli and coriander leaves , in the grinder.
  3. Take out the mixture in a bowl and add the other ingredient except oil in it
  4. Apply the paste on the fish steaks on one side and leave it for about 10 minutes
  5. Take a non stick pan and put some drops of oil and fry the fish, fist the plain side and then the Masala coated side.
  6. Serve with salad of your choice

My Tip:

I hqve used salmon fish but one can make it any fish of their choice having less bones
