ABOUT Fish (masala) fry RECIPE

A tempting starter which can also be served in main course with rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salmon steak 3
  2. Onion 1
  3. Ginger 2" piece
  4. Garlic 6-8 flakes
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Garam masala 1tsp
  8. Dhania powder 1tsp
  9. Amchur powder 2 tsp
  10. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder pinch
  12. Chilli powder 1tsp
  13. Slat to taste
  14. Rice flour 3 - 4 tsp
  15. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. First apply salt on the fish and keep aside.
  2. Make a fine paste of onion, ginger garlic green chilli and coriander leaves , in the grinder.
  3. Take out the mixture in a bowl and add the other ingredient except oil in it
  4. Apply the paste on the fish steaks on one side and leave it for about 10 minutes
  5. Take a non stick pan and put some drops of oil and fry the fish, fist the plain side and then the Masala coated side.
  6. Serve with salad of your choice
