About keema masala Recipe

Ingredients to make keema masala

  • 250 gm mutton mince
  • paste of 3 large onion
  • ginger garlic paste .
  • tomatoes chopped 2 large
  • bay leaf 1
  • garam masala 1 tspn
  • chilli powder 1 tspn
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tspn
  • coriander powder 1 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • oil 6 tspn

How to make keema masala

  1. wash and drain mutton mince
  2. in a cooker add oil add bay leaf
  3. add onian paste
  4. add ginger garlic paste cook till water evaporates
  5. add tomatoes cook for 5 minuets
  6. add dry spices salt and mince cook for 5 minuets
  7. add water ( 1 1/2 cup ) Cook for 20 minuets
