- Mutton with bones 1/2 kg
- yoghurt/curd 2 cups
- fennel seeds powder 2 tablespoons
- Dry ginger powder 1 tablespoon
- cinnamon 2 sticks
- cloves 5
- Green cardamom 2
- black cardamom 2
- bay leaves 2
- Shahjeera 1 teaspoon
- salt accordingly
- mustard oil 50 ml
