About Spicy chicken with sweet and tangy glaze Recipe

These chicken pieces are delicious, family-friendly (they’re not too spicy), and incredibly easy to prepare.

Ingredients to make Spicy chicken with sweet and tangy glaze

  • chicken 5 pieces or 400 grams
  • ginger Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  • onion chopped 1 big
  • Soya sauce 2 tablespoon
  • tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  • chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  • chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour 1/2 teaspoon dissolve in 1/4 glass of water
  • butter 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for frying onion

How to make Spicy chicken with sweet and tangy glaze

  1. Clean the chicken pieces and marinate it with chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and all sauces for 4-5 hours in refrigerator
  2. Take a pressure cooker add the marinated chicken and lock pressure cooker lid and cook for 2 whistles
  3. Meanwhile let us fry onion. Heat oil in a pan add onion and shallow fry till it becomes translucent and keep aside.
  4. Take chicken pieces from the gravy and keep aside
  5. Heat a pan add butter pour the gravy and cook for 2-4 minutes
  6. Pour cornflour mixture and when it boils add fried onion then chicken. Mix everything well. Close it with lid and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot with basmati rice, noodles, poris and roties
