Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Noodles or spaghetti 1/2 pkt ( quantity depends uptp you )
  2. Small amount of grated ginger
  3. 4 stalks of green onions
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. Onion 1 large
  6. Carrot. 2
  7. Capsicum green,red , yellow. 1 or 2 depends on your choice
  8. 3 tbsp soya sauce
  9. 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. Chilli sauce. ( Optional)
  11. Vinegar little bit
  12. Salt and aginomoto depend on taste
  13. Black pepper. 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put noodles in 6 cup of boiling water. Cook for 5-10 min. Stirr occasionally.
  2. Drain and wash under cool water and dry.
  3. Heat the oil in pan. Add ginger garlic paste.
  4. Add chopped long size onion, carrot, capsicum of different colour for 2 min.
  5. Now add noodles and add salt and stirr well for 2 min. On medium heat.
  6. Add sauce and stir until coated.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
