Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. wheat flour dough 200 gm
  2. boiled potato 200 gm
  3. one onian finally chopped
  4. green chillies 3 chopped
  5. coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  6. dried mango powder 1/2 tspn
  7. red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  8. salt to taste
  9. oil/ ghee for shallow fry 10 tbsp

Instructions

  1. mash potatoes
  2. mix everything except oil / ghee
  3. make small balls of dough
  4. make a grove in ball .
  5. fill sufficient potato filling
  6. close it
  7. roll it
  8. shallow fry on a griddle
