Gunde (lesoda) ki lonji

Ingredients to make Gunde (lesoda) ki lonji

  • gunda (lisode) 200gm
  • gunda (lisode) 200gm
  • Musterd seeds 1 tsp
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • asafoetida 1/4 tsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp

How to make Gunde (lesoda) ki lonji

  1. Boil guide for 5to 7 minute and cool
  2. Now remove the seed and keep aside
  3. Cut Kairi in pieces
  4. Take a pan put oil and heat it Now put mustard seed, fennel seeds asfotidiya and stire well
  5. Now put kairi and saute it
  6. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder stair well and when kairi cooked add gunde and salt and stire well cook for 3-4 minute
  7. Add sugar stire well and cook for 3-4 minutes
  8. Now gunde ki lonji is ready
  9. if store in refrigerator can be use for longer time
