Ingredients to make Quick Idli Upma

  • Cooking oil 3 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • urad dal 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1
  • curry leaves few
  • onion chopped 2
  • Idly 8-10
  • salt to taste

How to make Quick Idli Upma

  1. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF MUSTARD SEEDS & URAD DAL, 1 DRY RED CHILLI, A FEW CURRY LEAVES
  2. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SALT TO TASTE, FRY TILL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 8-10 MASHED IDLIS, MIX & COOK FOR 2-3 MINS, SERVE HOT
