Hara Bhara Kebabs

Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  • 3-4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
  • 1/2 bowl blended spinach paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 inch grated ginger
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • salt to taste

How to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. TAKE 3-4 BOILED, MASHED POTATOES, ADD 1/2 CUP BOILED & PUREED SPINACH
  2. ADD1 CHOPPED ONION, A 1/2 INCH PIECE OF GRATED GINGER
  3. ADD 1 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF GARAM MASALA & RED CHILLI POWDERS
  5. ADD 1/4 TSP AMCHUR POWDER, MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS, MIX WELL
  7. SHAPE INTO KEBABS
  8. DUST WITH SEMOLINA
  9. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP, SERVE HOT
