Ingredients to make Bel ka sharbat

  • Bel fruit / wood apple pulp 2 cups
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 1/3 cup
  • Ice cubes

How to make Bel ka sharbat

  1. BREAK THE BEL FRUIT/ WOOD APPLE.
  2. TAKE OUT PULP.
  3. SCRAPE THE SHELL NICELY.
  4. TO 2 CUPS OF PULP ADD 1 CUP SUGAR AND 2 CUPS OF WATER.
  5. MASH WELL FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  6. STRAIN.
  7. BEL SQUASH IS READY.
  8. FILL IN A CLEAN JAR.
  9. IT STAYS GOOD FOR 2-3 DAYS IN REFRIGERATOR.
  10. TO SERVE FILL A GLASS UP-TO 1/3RD WITH BEL SQUASH.ADD 1 TBSP OF MILK.
  11. ADD ICE CUBES AND FILL THE GLASS WITH WATER.
  12. READY TO BEAT THE HEAT.
