Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup soaked sabudana
  2. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tsp chopped green chillies
  6. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  7. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  8. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. The sabudana should be soaked for 6 hours at least. Mix all the ingredients together nicely and make small balls . Make the balls according to the size of appe pan .
  2. Heat appe pan on low heat and grease with little oil ,now place the balls in each mould of appe pan . Roast on low heat on one side ,then flip over on to other side and roast again.
  3. When done on both sides then take them out on a serving plate. You can always take the quantity of potatoes according to your requirements. Serve with green chutney and curd with salt and jeera powder.

yes but did not serve with curd ,
