Egg biryani

Ingredients to make Egg biryani

  • 1 bowl rice
  • 4 boil egg
  • 4 tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to make Egg biryani

  1. Boil rice and half cook.sieve water and keep aside.
  2. Add butter in kadai add ginger garlic paste saute now add tomato puree add all spices.
  3. Now add 1/2 cup water add boil egg cut it from mid.
  4. Now add half cook rice.mix well .
  5. Garnish with chopped onion and coriander leaves.

My Tip:

U can make it directly also ..
