This receipe made in bengali style. Bengalish love to eat fish with rice

Masala fish fry

Ingredients to make Masala fish fry

  • mustard oil for shallow fry
  • Rui fish 4 pieces
  • ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • lemon juice 2 tsp

How to make Masala fish fry

  1. In a bowl add the ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, and lemon juice
  2. Mix well to paste consistency
  3. Now smear the paste all over the fish and let it marinate for 30 min.
  4. After 30 min. heat the oil in a pan
  5. Then shallow fry the fishes
  6. Make sure that the both sides are fried well
  7. Then serve the fish with rice and salad
