Ingredients to make Pav Ka Halwa

  • 6 pavs cut into pieces

How to make Pav Ka Halwa

  1. Heat clarified butter in deep wok and deep fry pav pieces till it turn into golden color n crisp.Transfer it to a plate.
  2. In same wok in same clarified butter add green cardamom cook it for 30minutes.
  3. Add milk n bring it to boil. Add sugar n saute till sugar dissolve.
  4. Add orange food color mix it n cook for minutes.
  5. Add fried pav, almonds, cashews, mix it and cook till pav absorb milk. Switch off the flame.
  6. Pav Ka Halwa is ready to serve. Serve in plate and garnish with deep fried cashews, almonds and cherries
