Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One medium sized ripe bael.
  2. 2 table spoon sugar powder.
  3. 1tea spoon mint powder or 1 table spoon chopped frsh mint.
  4. Juice of one lemon.
  5. One litre water.


  1. Take out flesh of bael after breaking the hard covering.
  2. Take water in a large bowl and soak bael flesh in it for 2 hours.
  3. Mash with the help of a masher.
  4. Sieve.
  5. If needed add more water to your desired consistency.
  6. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  7. Add mint powder.
  8. Pour into glasses.
  9. Serve after adding some ice cube.(optional).
