Ingredients to make Inchi pacchadi

  • ginger 50gm
  • coconut oil 3table
  • mustard
  • Curryleaves
  • red chilly 3piece
  • coconut grated1/2cup
  • Greenchilly 1piece
  • mustard1/3 teaspoon
  • salt for taste
  • curd 1/2cup

How to make Inchi pacchadi

  1. Soak ginger 15min for removing skin. Cut into small pieces
  2. Grind ginger, coconut.,mustard, greenchilly,curd into fine paste
  3. Heat oil in pan put mustard, redchilly, curry leaves
  4. Add the mixture in the pan,add salt for taste and serve hot

My Tip:

No need for adding water. Serve it with garnished Honey glazed ginger
