Quinoa is a super grain rich in protein..it is a healthy food for diet concious people.

Ingredients to make Quinoa (healthy bfast recipe)

  • Quino one small bowl
  • Desi ghee/olive oil 2tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilly powder 1/2tsp
  • turmeric a pinch
  • green chilly optional
  • Seasonal vegetables peas cartots broccoli beans 1/2 bowl chopped
  • Mustarad seed (rai) 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves /powdered
  • onion 1 medium sizr chopped
  • lemon juice 1tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • peanuts/Nuts optional for crunchyness

How to make Quinoa (healthy bfast recipe)

  1. Take one bowl quinoa grain and wash it and soak for 15min in Luke warm water
  2. Now take a pan and add ghee/olive oil and heat it and add mustard seed curry leaves and onion and saute it for 2-3min
  3. Add chopped vegetables in it and saute five minutes
  4. Now add soaked quinoa and saute it for 2 min and add salt turmeric tells chilly in it and mix
  5. Add desired water till the quinoa soften
  6. When quinoa get soften and fluffy add lemon juice in it and switch of the gas
  7. Serve hot by garnishing with coriander leaves and nuts

My Tip:

U can add roasted peanuts in it while tempring..
