Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 500 gm
  2. Paneer 200 gm
  3. Onion 2-3
  4. 1-2 fine chopped green chilli
  5. Garlic cloves 8-10
  6. Ginger 1"piece
  7. Tometo 1 fine chopped
  8. Green cardamom 1-2
  9. Bay leaf 2
  10. Clove 2-3
  11. 10-12 kaju
  12. Black pepper 5-6
  13. Cinemon stick 1
  14. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  15. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  16. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  17. 1/2 tap pepper powder
  18. Salt to taste
  19. Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash spinuch praparly and then blanch in hot water for 10 minutes and then drain in cold water and blend it
  2. Cut paneer cube in shape and lightly fry it and keep aside
  3. Take a jar put onions and cashew grind it
  4. Ginger, garlic also graind it
  5. Take a pan heat it and put oil and cumin seeds ,bay leaf, cinemmon stick, pepper and cardamom stir it
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilli stir it
  7. Add onion cashew paste and saute it Now tometo paste stir it
  8. add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder stir well and cook for 5-7min.
  9. Now add cream stir well and add paneer pieces and salt,pepper powder mix well cover with lead and cook for few minutes on low flame
  10. Palak paneer is ready Garnish with cream and chopped coriander
