Take milk in a sauce pan and boil the milk. Keep it aside
Preheat the oven @180 degrees
Take another dry bowl add three eggs and use electric beat and beat in high speed till its pale and creamy. Add sugar to the egg and continue beating till u achieve double the volume.
Seive maids and baking powder with salt twice and add this to egg mixture batch by batch and continue beating.
Once egg and maida folded well stop beating. Add hot milk to the batter and used balloon whisk and keep whisking until milk and batter mix well.
Add vanilla essence to the batter. And grease the pan and pour in the batter, tap the cake tin twice to get rid of air bubbles.
Bake in convection mode for 25-30 mins. And insert a tooth pick to check if has baked well.
Remove from oven and wait till cake cools down and remove from pan.
