Vermicilli kheer

Ingredients to make Vermicilli kheer

  • 1/2 cup vermicilli
  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 7-8 katori kishmish
  • 7-8 pistaa

How to make Vermicilli kheer

  1. Take a pan and put 2 cup water in it.
  2. Let it boil and add vermicilli in it.
  3. Cook it on medium flame for 10 min.
  4. Now add sugar to it.
  5. Put drops of yellow food group and finally add milk and cook on medium flame for another 10-15min.
  6. Keep stirring in between.
  7. Add some kishmish in the pan.
  8. Grate almond and pistta and add them also in the pan .
  9. When the kheer becomes thickened switch off the flame and your vermicilli kheer is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!

My Tip:

Keep stirring in between when the kheer is being cooked to avoid any lumps.
