  1. Mushrooms
  2. Onion
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Oil
  5. Cumin Seeds
  6. Hing
  7. Salt
  8. Red chilli powder
  9. Coriander powder
  10. Turmeric

Instructions

  1. In a pan take oil add cumin seeds, sliced onion, hing
  2. Add sliced tomatoes with all dry spices fry it
  3. Add dices of mushroom.. Mix it well, cook it for 5 mins by adding quarter cup water
  4. Sprinkle green coriander
