About Mawa Gujiya Recipe

Mawa Gujiya

Ingredients to make Mawa Gujiya

  • all purpose flour 250 gms
  • oil for moyen
  • Khoya 100 gms
  • Rawa 25 gms
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits ( i have used chiron ji, kaju,
  • Kishmish, badam)
  • Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  • oil for frying
  • salt a pinch

How to make Mawa Gujiya

  1. Mix salt in all purpose flour And oil. Mix it well. Make dough Rest it for 30 minutes
  2. Now make stuffing. Cook mawa, add Roasted rawa and Roasted rawa
  3. When it cool down add sugar and green cardamom powder
  4. Filling is ready.. Now make thin chapati of dough, put in gujiya mould put the filling on one side.
  5. Seal the ends by applying little water
  6. Deep fry on medium flame
  7. Yummy gujiya is ready
